SERVICING CONDITIONS

The main advantage to buying our Czech in-ear monitors are unique servicing possibilities. So how should you proceed after receiving your new earphones?

1. First Compulsory Service Check

No later than 30 days after you receive your earphones, send them back to the Audiopartner, s.r.o. main office. Earphones must be packaged carefully with a Fragile sticker on the box and the consignment must contain your invoice and on the box, write your full name, full corresponding address, e-mail address and phone number.

2. Second Compulsory Service Check

After the first check, no later than 6 months past, send your earphones again to the Audiopartner, Ltd. main office. Earphones must be packaged carefully with a Fragile sticker on the box and the consignment must contain your invoice and on the box, write your full name, full corresponding address, e-mail address and phone number.

3. Additional Service Checks

Additional service checks must be undergone anytime after these first two but again, no later than 6 months after the last check.

These service checks are merely preventive, in order to prevent any future possible faults. The period for processing the service check is 10 workdays, after that your earphones will be mailed back over to you. All problems and issues, should they appear, will be handled individually with you and our team will contact you telephonically.

Failure to comply with these conditions:

You are obliged to comply with these conditions and maintain the servicing intervals. Should you fail to observe them, you void your warranty.
